Abstract :
Based on the same definitions of indices, the paper presents the average reliability indices of transmission equipment in Canada, USA and China. Three comparison charts are provided and other similar comparison analyses can be easily performed using the indices provided. This paper can be also used as an input data source for quantified transmission reliability assessment when users do not have their own outage data.
