Abstract :
The train brake is a vital safety equipment of the railway vehicle. It needs to calculate the braking state of the train in different time accurately and quickly and needs may experiments and studies. Based on virtual instrument technology, the system has been developed with the tools of Lab VIEW. Equipped with the PSE530 pressure sensor and the PCI-6229 data acquisition card, it can control the train braking experimental platform and acquire the multichannel real time data then store, playback and analyze the gathered data to build the braking test experiment system. The result of the simulation can be analyzed that the system has many advantages such as availability, reliability and accuracy. So it is a better implementation of simulating the control and the detection process of the train braking system.
