Abstract :
We have investigated, experimentally and theoretically, transient optical responses and steady states of the superlattice symmetric self-electro-optical device (SL-S-SEED) controlled by optical pulses. It has become clear that the switching mechanism of the pulse-excited S-SEED consists of three successive processes.
