Abstract :
To improve the management efficiency, ensure the network quality and satisfy the consumers´ requirement in CDMA network, This research applies a case-based reasoning (CBR) methodology to develop a decision support system for the network default management. We firstly describe and give the CBR system´s framework and workflow respectively, then discuss the key technologies to implement the system and finally examine the feasibility and validity of the system through its illustration examples.
