Abstract

Scientific outlook on development requires sustainable view on development. Mineral resource is one of the most important elements in China´s economic and social sustainable development. Scientific exploitation and utilization of mineral resources has become one of the hot issues in academic circles. Based on the sustainable development theory and considering the operator´s expected profit, this article establishes an exploitation model with the longest mining time as the goal. In addition, the optimum rate of mining and optimum mining time are promoted.
