Abstract :
The cascaded step-changed LPGs transmission spectra are calculated and simulated and the results demonstrate that the transmission spectral profile can be tailored into a double rejection band filter, with the parameters of the LPGs being adjusted, which can constitute the multi-channel filter used in coarse wavelength division multiplexing.
