Abstract :
As the environmental problem is emphasized by the whole society increasingly, the needs and demands of the environmental data sharing and service are becoming more and more urgent. SEDC services for different targets, including environmental managers, technicians and public. Major content of SEDC includes four parts: basic hardware and software, technical supporting system, data resources, and related software system development. If in-depth studies can be conducted on construction of SEDC and then be put into practice, it will be of profound significance for thorough promoting China´s environmental data sharing.
