  • Abstract
    Coupled microcircular lasers with an output waveguide laterally confined by insulator SiO2 and p-electrode metal are fabricated by conventional photolithography and inductively coupled-plasma etching technique. Mode characteristics are numerically investigated by FDTD technique.
