Abstract :
Auto focusing (AF) is an important technique in applications for precision measurement and inspection. In order to perform cell injection, first, the clearest focal plane must be found through the micro-system´s auto-focusing, then capture images for image processing and pattern recognition. In this article, the traditional auto-focusing method based on digital image clarity is adopted, and the latest fuzzy search method is introduced to the motion control system of the microscope to replace such traditional search methods as mountain climbing method, exhaustive search method etc., which make the lens achieve the purpose of focusing more fast and more accurately.
