Abstract
Distinctive features of effects of irregular pixel defects arisen in lineand 2D-array multielement photodetecting devices designed on the base of hybrid integrated circuits of "sandwich" type are investigated. The experimental results are presented for the photosensitive structures consisted of indium-arsenide and silicon chips. Possibility to solve properly IR-thermographic and spectrometric problems with use of detectors containing pixel defects is considered.
