Abstract :
In this paper, we proposes a local multiphase C-V level set algorithm integrated with multilevel OTSU method for the segmentation of complicated liver lesion. We first construct a local liver lesion image, then pre-segment the lesion with multilevel OTSU method to get the initial contour, finally evolve the active contour with multiphase C-V level set method to get the final contour of lesion. Experiments showed that the method can efficiently extract complicated liver lesion.
