Abstract :
How to measure QoS is one of the key issues in Web service selection. The paper puts forward a novel method to collect and analyze the user´s behavior of service selection, and adjust the attributes and corresponding weight coefficients for QoS measurement automatically. This method could solve the problem of the determination indicator and corresponding weights for service selection with QoS constraint or not. The experiment result of the method is applied in IBM SUR project, and shows the great importance of QoS based service selection.
