Abstract
Verified by many evidences, an unsystematic guidance process may cause an improper sequence not followed by an enterprise finally having failures confusedly despite of practitioners´ recognition and scholars´ research achievements for the issue to successfully implement and develop Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Focus on the execution construction categories and the items, ownerships and the causal relation, this research, based on PDCA processes, provides the implementation map of ERP successfully through the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis technology. For the sake of ensuring this implementation map´s value and feasibility, we invite four enterprises to join our study for further observation. The result shows the corporation followed the rule of implementation map has the optimal performance. Therefore, the implementation map of ERP, not only be able to minimize the developing time and failure possibility but also contribute to enterprises to implement activities and resource allocation in precision to achieve the purpose of implementing ERP.
