Abstract :
In this paper, effects of beam tilting on decreasing multipath distortion is theoretically analyzed by using multipath propagation models. It is shown that the system bit-rate can be selected over a wider range with the introduction of beam tilting, if the potential reflection points are not quite close to the base station
