Abstract :
A kind of improved bio-ecological combination process with high efficiency and low energy consumption for municipal wastewater treatment was put forward in this article. Based on the comparison and analysis of treatment efficiency and energy consumption with other treatment methods, conclusions had summed up that the effluent quality indexes of improved process reached the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB18918-2002), when comparison to other methods which with the same treatment effect, the energy consumption of the improved process decreased by 20%-40%. Meanwhile the operation management of the improved process is much more convenient, so it has been proved to be a good kind of process with high efficiency and low energy consumption for municipal wastewater treatment.
