Integrated rural subscriber access systems. A call for integrated wireless products relevant to developing country needs

A tightly integrated product that combines digital rural subscriber radio technology, cordless telephone technology and personal computer based small switch technology is proposed as a way to drive down costs per line and rapidly expand basic services in rural areas of developing countries. Innovative adaptation of current generation systems is all that is required.
