Abstract

We discuss the trend in integrating management systems and resources in order to achieve real business needs. We discuss why these demands come around, the solution proposed based on the System for the Integration of the Supervision (SIS) platform and how it is dealing with these requirements. The initiative represented by the current work has several impacts both in business and in the technical areas. The solution implemented could meet and fulfill the initial objectives of automating completely the most important service requests of a telecommunication services provider in a fast and reliable way
