Abstract :
Dust is one of the major sources of pollution in coal mining, So research of dust removal is of great significance. Based on the coal quality of No. 1 Coal Mine of Yangquan Mine Group and the dust pollution of its transport tunnel, a dust-suppressing scheme was put forward integrated with bond, coagulation, moisture absorption and water retention. The monomeric properties of dust suppressive factors contained in the moisture retention dust-depressor were studied and analyzed with the method of single factor analysis in laboratory, then the proper ratio of the factors were respectively defined and the formula of the moisture retention dust-depressor was determined with the method of multi-factors orthogonal test. The field test of moisture retention dust-depressor shows that this agent has a good effect on moisture retention and dust suppression. It helps to scientifically control the dust in the mine, effectively reduce the dust hazard and improve the mining environment.
