Abstract :
This paper introduces the curing curve analysis, the polymerizing reaction kinetic parameter calculation, and the determination of the relationship between the curing degree and the curing temperature and curing time. For the materials used as the ground insulation of the generator winding, measurements have been made for the temperature glass by thermal analysis. The form-press technology for the stator windings of the generator stator and the quality control method for the thermosetting resin and their laminated products is determined. The thermal index and the service life of the generator insulating system is predicted by Evolved Gas Analysis-Gas Chromatography combined with a conventional aging test. The application of the modern thermal analysis technique can provide technical insurance for the quality control and the reliable operation of the power equipment
