Abstract :
This paper proposes an effective E-learning Environment for Nigerian Polytechnic Educational System. E-learning is changing the way institutions gain competitive advantage through improved human performance. The framework has three parts: e-classrooms, e-library, and resource center. Small and medium-sized institutions face the problem that e-learning technologies methods and strategies have mostly been developed for the needs of large institutions and cannot be exactly transferred to their needs. As they are more and more discovering the disadvantages of manual learning, this paper provides a framework that takes into account these limitations and tries to find effective solutions.
