  • Abstract
    Symptom-based experiencing therapy is a humanistic therapy developed from focusing therapy based on great amount of practices. Experiencing is considered as clients´ subjective feelings on summarized and representative internal problems. Because of informational disorder, clients could be deep in an irrational state and thus were not able to arouse positive experiencing. In this case, it is difficult to have clients changed essentially. A series of experiencing training is necessary for clients to relax their body and mind, to interrupt the negative state, to rebuild positive experiencing, to reinforce the relationship between client and consultant, and therefore set up the new internal balance.
