Abstract
Based on the hyperchaos and discrete cosine transform (DCT) algorithm, combined with the Arnold scrambling method, a novel digital image watermarking algorithm is presented in this paper. The method makes use of Arnold method to weaken the correlation among the pixels of the watermarking and adopts srossler hyperchaotic sequence to encrypt the original watermarking. Furthermore, according to the character of human vision system (HVS), the original image is splitted into blocks, and the encrypted watermarking is embedded into some low- frequency coefficients of the original image with different strength. The experiment results show that the scheme improves the invisibility and robustness.
