Abstract :
This paper presents a direct transmission network cost allocation method by finding the coefficients of real and reactive power generations and load demands in the complex line flow. A mathematical model which clearly demonstrates the participation of each generator and each load in the line flow has been established. An attempt to calculate the locational marginal price (LMP) is done. Effectiveness of the proposed method has been established using IEEE 24 bus RTS data.
