Abstract
We discussed the impulse response (or the frequency response) of the TS-ADC for capturing high-speed electrical signals. It was shown that the upper bound for the frequency response is currently determined only by the optical modulator bandwidth, which is sufficient for capturing most electrical signals of interest today.
