Abstract
Fast thermoelectric voltage signals in microwave irradiated normal state YBaCuO HTS thin films has been observed. The response amplitude strongly depends on the c-axis tilt angle but is frequency independent in the MMW and THz bands. The possibility of response amplitude increase and applicability as an ultra-broadband microwave sensor are discussed.
