Abstract :
The evolution laws of genotype frequency from generation to generation were researched on a Mendel population that was always forced a sole type of matings between different genotypes by simulation. When two original genotype frequency of homozygotes is not equal, the genotype frequency of homozygotes that its frequency was less than other at first would reduce and tends to zero, other genotype frequency of homozygotes would recrease and tends to 0.5, and the genotype frequency of heterozygotes would reduce and tends to 0.25 little by little with alternation of generations. When two original genotype frequency of homozygotes is equal, two genotype frequency of homozygotes would be always identical at every generation and tends to 0.2192 oscillatorily, and two genotype frequency of heterozygotes would be always identical at every generation and tends to 0.2808 oscillatorily. When original population was Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium population, change event of genotype frequency was slower and slower with variation of gene frequency from 0 or 1 to 0.5. When original population was not Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium population, change event of genotype frequency was slower and slower with increase of deviating Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.
