Abstract :
B-cell epitope prediction has been a major field in the immunology research. Here we present a general overview of a kind of B-cell epitope prediction method based on phase display library. Our review mainly focuses on introducing the background, methods of this research field, and also discusses the problems and prospect respectively. The main purposes of this paper are to provide researchers a general knowledge of the existing research in this specific area and put forward some insights for future work.
