Abstract :
CD138 immune magnetic beads, made from CD138 antibody and nano-gold magnetic beads, can be used to separate multiple myeloma (MM) cells from others. The enriched MM cells are used for chromosome examination by the way of FISH (fluorescence in situ hybridization), which is important for disease prognosis. Now in domestic it must be imported, and has a high price. We ourselves make CD138 immune magnetic beads, and evaluate sorting efficiency using RPMI-8226 myeloma cell line.
