Abstract :
The research of the last 10-15 years performed in various countries, demonstrate the growing interest in motors having the principle of operation based on the attraction of ferromagnetic bodies in the magnetic field. In the foreign literature these motors are known under the abbreviation SRM and in our country they are called inductor motors-ID ore motors with an electromagnetic reduction-DER. DER have more simple construction and require a more simple converter in comparison with asynchronous motors since the attraction force does not depend on the current direction. The mentioned circumstances explain the nature of interest of various firms to a considered class of motors and drives. There are projects and even realized samples up to 1000 kW and above. The basic relations which ensure creation of the DER models are considered in the present paper. Analyses and synthesis is carried out by methods of a general theory of electromechanical transformers of energy
