Abstract :
This work presents an application of Design of Experiments (DOE) in order to find the variables that more strongly influences the number of voltage sags. Using full factorial DOE it is possible to highlight most significant fault characteristics and their interactions. DOE results can be used as a priority suggestion for utility planners. Application of DOE on voltage sags simulations results based on an actual Brazilian system are presented.
