Abstract
The goal of this work is to propose a joint optimization of sensing parameters and radio resource allocation useful for cognitive radio networks where the nodes cooperate to improve their local decision capabilities using a fully decentralized approach. The proposed optimization aims at maximizing the opportunistic throughput, taking into account decision errors, sensing time and time necessary to achieve a consensus over the sensed variables, under the constraint that the undue interference be limited.
