Abstract :
In this paper, we establish the input-output predictive models containing time delays for a class of dual-rate systems that the control is applied at a slower rate than the available measurements of the plant output signal, and a new dual-rate predictive control algorithm for the system with time delays is presented. Furthermore, the robust stability of the closed-loop system is analyzed using linear matrix inequalities method. A simulation example illustrates the efficiency of the arithmetic
