  • Abstract
A description is given of the electric power/demand analyzer (EPDA), a high-precision, multifunction, microprocessor-controlled electric power and demand indicating and recording instrument. The EPDA has less than 0.2% error for AC voltage/current measurements, and less than 0.5% for AC power/energy measurements. If a drop or loss of power occurs, a rechargeable battery maintains normal operation for thirty minutes. After that time, EPDA will automatically switch on standby mode while retaining its memory for up to thirty days
