Abstract :
The Macrobiotus hufelandi is a living thing that belongs to the Tardigrada. And, it is known as a living thing where it can live in the breaking point of the life for a long term. Because for Macrobiotus hufelandi´s cell to endure turbulence. However, there are many uncertain points about the biological function mechanism. Authors researched; Ecology of Macrobiotus hufelandi´s transformation (tun state making) has been observed before. And, it was clarified to change intracellular water. As for this, crystallization is done regardless of the temperature and it seems that the clathrate structure of moisture is related. Then, in this paper, it reports on the observation of Macrobiotus hufelandi´s ecology result and the possibility of making to the clathrate by intracellular
