Abstract :
The successful development of aerial photographic camera promotes the progress of image access, the upgrading of image quality and the shortening of period of data processing. But then, the adjustment and control of the drift angle has been achieved manually, which becomes the bottleneck hindering the realization of full automation of aerial photogrammetry. The paper advances the viewpoint that by using viewfinder, in the process of aviation flight real-time ground image data are obtained and coordinates of the same feature points are extracted automatically from the adjacent images in data chaining to calculate drift angle value of aerial photogrammetry, hence the realization of automatic adjust-and-control aerial photogrammetric drift angle. The technology, simulation of artificial drift angle adjustment and control principle, is characterized strikingly by little environmental interference, extensive applicability and low cost. And the experimental results show that the technical solution is feasible, and bound to have a strong impetus to the full automation of photogrammetry as well.
