Abstract
This paper investigates the joint decisions on inventory and pricing for a dual-channel supply chain with the general discrete asymmetric information, where the channel system consists of one traditional channel which is operated by a retailer and one online channel which is operated by a manufacturer. Some interesting insights are found that the joint decision model with the general discrete asymmetric information is the extension of the asymmetric information with two-point distribution form, and he optimal selling price of E-channel determined by the manufacturer when the retailer has the pricing right of traditional channel is higher than that when the manufacturer owns the pricing right of traditional channel.
