Abstract :
This study implies 3-dimension handheld device on web instruction platform and elevate the efficiency of interactive instruction strategy. Researchers develop this instruction platform accompany practice-based instruction that student can interact with this platform by handheld devices. User interface, feedback, performance evaluation, learning assistant and learning management module is included in the proposed platform. Researchers evaluate this strategy with qualitative research. The proposed platform which is designed according to the proposed strategy has enriched students´ learning. Results show that this strategy can make students´ performances better.
