Abstract :
It is my great pleasure to welcome all of you to the IEEE CYBERNETICSCOM 2012 in Bali - Indonesia. The IEEE CYBERNETICSCOM 2012 is the first annual conference hosted by the IEEE Indonesia Section in collaboration with the Department of Electrical Engineering University of Indonesia in Jakarta and the University of Udayana in Bali, both are recognized state universities in Indonesia.
