Abstract :
This paper presents an incremental computation performance evaluation algorithm for a UMTS (universal mobile telecommunication system) network model. We show that, when solving a set of models for different parameter values, our algorithm has a significant gain over classical methods. We derive performance criteria, such as new call blocking and dropping handover probability, for UMTS networks
