  • Abstract
We proposed an application to monitor the cellular metabolism using the chemical imaging sensor. We fabricated multi-well structure made of agarose film on sensor surface. As a model of cellular metabolism, urease enzyme was filled in a well. pH change of the well was clearly observed from chemical images. It demonstrated the potential of the combination of the chemical imaging sensor and the multi-well structure.
