Abstract
We devised, fabricated, and validated a microsystem allowing one to introduce locally exogenous molecules in mouse embryos during their early development. Relying on a set of two macroscopic electrodes and two narrow tunnels filled with buffer, as few as several tens of cells can be modified upon application of the appropriate voltage drop.
