Abstract :
This paper contents the conventional boost converter uses in the high power application. This converter works on the fixed frequency driven by the duty cycle control techniques. IGBT is uses as a switching device at 6 kHz frequency. The control algorithm is implemented using DSP TMS320F2811.The effectiveness of this converter is verified by simulation and experiment.
