  • Abstract
    Wireless Power Transmission (WPT) has been a major breakthrough in the field of electricity. It is the boon in overcoming the difficulties of delivering power using conventional method of cables. This paper presents a survey of main publications in the field of WPT. The literature has been analyzed and classified. Thus this paper aims at presenting a descriptive overview of WPT, incorporating all the popular techniques, by which power can be transmitted wirelessly, with their brief description. Major application of WPT also have been classified and presented.
