Abstract
We report an optoelectronic tweezers (OET) integrated with a multiplayer PDMS based microfluidic device via a flexible single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) embedded thin film membrane. It realizes the first microfluidic integrated OET with on chip valve and pump functions.
