Abstract
In this paper, we have tried to find the optimum conditions of crystal structure parameters on YBCO high Tc oxide-superconductor. The superconductor sample was made by examined for the optimization of parameters through Rietveld analysis with the input data from the XRD patterns. From the simulation of the initial parameter, the factors such as scale factor(s), zero point shift(z), and the Full width Half Maximum (FWHM) values (U, V, W) are s=2.0827E-3, z=0.2146, and U=4.2716E-2. V=1.7983E-2, and W=2.6768E-2. By the above data, we have obtained the optimized results for YBCO complex materials. Therefore, R values were refined as follows, RWP=8.83[%], R P=6.47[%], R1=7.19[%], and RE=3.76[%], respectively
