Abstract :
We suggest a piecewise linear method to find the parametric time response of a circuit. The method uses a large signal model for bipolar and MOS transistors in off, linear (ohmic) and saturation region. We can compute the circuit response in a few time steps with this model. A program is developed to compute the parametric time response of an electronic circuit
