Abstract :
This paper presents a 3D (three-dimensional) trajectory detection framework for a flapping flexible wingskin of a MAV (micro-air-vehicle) “Golden Snitch”, which has a flight record of 8 min. A flexible wingskin embedded with a 9-LED (light emitting diode) array was fabricated via parylene MEMS process. The obtained figure-of-8 trajectory of a flapping MAV is firstly reported with detailed 3D coordinate data.
