Abstract
The idea, design and realization of HTS bandpass filters for ISM band is presented. The YBCO deposited on sapphire substrate has been used. The filter consists of stepped impedance planar resonators forming a lattice structure. Such a structure is suitable for filters with small size and narrow to intermediate bandwidths. The filters have been designed by combined optimization in Microwave Office and QuickWave thus circuit and electromagnetic simulations. The size of the filter is 10×10 mm.
