Abstract
The article is based on the current research outcome of industry modularization and value-network theory, taking Taizhou logistics park of Zhejiang China as an example, we have proposed a logistics industry modularization value network, and the relationship between value network and modularization. Furthermore, we have investigated the competitive advantage of logistics industry modularization value network.
