Abstract
There are many incidents involving electricity every year. Some of these incidents lead to personal injury and even death. Information about how this occurs, which could help to prevent such incidents, is available through reports and statistics. There are shortcomings in the reporting systems and analysis, but these reports still offer a powerful tool in our quest for improved electrical systems and safety. Some statistics are given on electrical incidents in the workplace
